Virtual or In-person Training iMEP welcomes you back with new courses!
Nipro is committed to positive patient outcomes and improved quality of life – for people and patients. To emphasize this continuous commitment to healthcare, in 2018 Nipro built its own Institute of Medical Practice, or iMEP, in Belgium. Designed to train medical professionals in realistic clinical settings, trainings are provided based on the blended learning principles such as plenary session, hands-on training, scenario-based simulation training, and gamification. Healthcare providers have the chance to develop and this is reflected in our credo “We encourage you to blossom”.
Over the last few months, more than 1.000 participants from 34 countries joined us in our virtual training sessions. Each session was attended by around 30 participants and we are proud to say that the trainings were a success. However, with summer here, we want to inform you that we will take this time to develop new courses, and will work on obtaining accreditation for our current courses so that you have access to accredited programs from iMEP. In addition, we are also preparing to host larger on-site in-person trainings and are building an auditorium for this purpose. Over July and August, there will be less virtual training sessions scheduled but we remain accessible for personalized on-demand training. Should you need this, please contact us at imep@nipro-group.com or your local Nipro representative to discuss the possibilities.
Our new training courses will resume in September. In addition to virtual sessions, we hope to also welcome you physically at our beautiful campus in Mechelen from then on. As it has been proven that we are able to reach a wider audience with this method, virtual trainings will remain a significant part of our course offerings and will be part of our blended learning offer as a pre- and post-learning module.
As a possible future alumnus of our iMEP training courses, we would like to share with you our plans for the future. You can look forward to more dates available as of September, accreditation in Fundamental principles in hemodialysis and Advanced principles in hemodialysis, as well as in-person and virtual trainings in different languages.
What do our trainings look like?
We wish you a good summer and look forward to welcoming you again in September.
